- 🐚 200g clams
- 💧 300g water
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1/4 chili pepper
Seasoning

PASSOS
Clean the clams thoroughly under running water. If needed, soak them in light saltwater covered with a dark cloth to remove impurities.
Slice the green onion and chili pepper into small pieces. Prepare garlic by peeling and crushing it.
In a pot, add water and clams. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once the clams open, add garlic and chili pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add green onion and adjust the seasoning with salt. Simmer for another minute.
