INGREDIENTES

- 1 cup clam meat
 - 140g crab sticks
 - 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
 - 🧄 9 cloves garlic
 - 🥚 3 eggs
 - 3 tbsp tempura flour
 - A small amount of cooking oil
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 1 tbsp cooking wine
 
PASSOS
Rinse the clam meat in water and drain using a sieve.
Finely chop the crab sticks, green onion, and garlic.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Combine the chopped crab sticks, green onion, garlic, beaten eggs, tempura flour, fish sauce, and cooking wine in a bowl. Mix well.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon the batter onto the pan, one spoonful at a time.
Flip the pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown.
Transfer the cooked pancakes to a serving plate.
