INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- Seaweed sheets for gimbap
- Cooked rice
- 400g radish
- 2 squids
- 3 sheets fish cake
Seasoning
- 7 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 2 tbsp sugar
Pickling Mixture
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp salt
PASSOS
Prepare the squid by peeling and boiling it. Slice thinly.
Slice the radish thinly but not too fine.
Blanch the fish cake in boiling water, rinse in cold water, and slice similarly to the squid.
Mix the pickling mixture (sugar, vinegar, salt) and divide it between the radish and squid. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Combine chili powder, corn syrup, cooking wine, fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, green onion, and sugar to make the seasoning.
Squeeze the pickled radish to remove excess liquid and mix with the seasoning.
Mix the squid and fish cake with the seasoning separately.
Cut the seaweed sheets into quarters and place a spoonful of rice on each piece. Roll tightly.
Arrange the gimbap rolls, seasoned radish, and squid-fish cake mixture on a plate.
