Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Sauce
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Marinade
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary
PASSOS
Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces, including bell pepper, carrot, onion, and shiitake mushrooms.
Pat dry the beef sirloin with a paper towel and marinate with olive oil, herb salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
Prepare the sauce by mixing BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, corn syrup, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Heat a pan and melt butter or use oil. Cook the marinated beef until browned on both sides.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry quickly to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
Serve the chop steak hot with rice or bread for a complete meal.
