    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
    • Small amount of pepper
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🍬 1-2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 🧅 1/4 onion

Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and cook the chicken skin-side down first.
