- 🍗 250g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped kimchi
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 part flour
- 2 parts sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSOS
Cut 250g chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of pepper for 20 minutes.
Prepare 1 tbsp chopped kimchi and blend or finely chop it.
Mince 5 cloves of garlic or use 1 tbsp pre-minced garlic.
Mix marinated chicken with 1 tbsp kimchi and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Prepare egg wash by whisking 1 egg.
Coat chicken in egg wash, then in a mixture of 1 part flour and 2 parts sesame seeds.
Prepare sauce by mixing 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp mustard sauce, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Pan-fry chicken in a skillet with oil until golden brown.
