  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 15ml soy sauce
    • 🧂 15g salt
    • 5ml sesame oil
    • 15g doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
    • 15ml cooking wine
    • A pinch of black pepper

Finely mince 600g of chicken breast using a knife or food processor.

Finely chop all vegetables: green chilies, cabbage (boiled and squeezed), carrot, shiitake mushroom, chives, and onion.

Combine all minced ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add seasonings (soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, doenjang, cooking wine, and black pepper) to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat a pan with a small amount of olive or cooking oil and cook the patties on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
