INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- A pinch sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Cut the green onion and fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the glass noodles for 6-7 minutes until 80% cooked, then rinse them in cold water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic) in a bowl.
Add 3 cups of water to a pan and bring it to a boil, then stir in the prepared seasoning.
Add the fish cake to the pan and cook for a few minutes, then add the boiled glass noodles.
Once the noodles are well-coated, add the green onion and cook until the sauce reduces to your desired consistency.
Serve the chewy stir-fried glass noodles topped with sesame seeds.
