INGREDIENTES
Cream
- 🥛 100g heavy cream
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
Chestnut Jam
- 100g chestnuts
- 30g brown sugar
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices bread
PASSOS
Boil the chestnuts and blend them with water until smooth. Add more water if needed.
Add brown sugar, honey, and water to the blended chestnuts and cook until thickened.
Let the chestnut jam cool completely before use.
Whip the heavy cream with 2 tbsp of sugar until soft peaks form.
Mix the whipped cream with the cooled chestnut jam.
Add a large spoonful of mashed chestnuts to the mixture and combine.
Spread the cream generously on the bread slices and top with crushed chestnuts.
