Prepare 1 pack of bok choy.
Wash the bok choy thoroughly and drain the water.
Cut the bok choy into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 2.5 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp plum syrup, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds to the bowl.
