Salsa Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 1/3 tomato, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of parsley
- 🍋 Pinch of lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Dice the tomato and onion, then mix them with the salsa sauce ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the egg mixture seasoning.
Heat a pan with butter and pour in the egg mixture, stirring gently.
When the eggs are half-cooked, place the cheddar slices on top.
Fold the omelette into an oval shape and cook until done.
