    • 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese
    • 🧈 1/2 tbsp butter
    • 🧀 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
    • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • Seasoning

    • 🍯 1 tbsp honey

Heat a frying pan over low heat and melt 1/2 tbsp of butter.

Place the softened rice cakes onto the melted butter and grill until crispy and infused with butter aroma. If using frozen rice cakes, blanch them in hot water first.

Transfer the grilled rice cakes to a plate and drizzle 1 tbsp of honey evenly over them. Adjust the honey amount to taste.

Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the rice cakes. Use one slice per two rice cakes.

Microwave the plate for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese powder over the melted cheese to taste.

Finish by sprinkling 1 tsp of parsley flakes on top for garnish.
