    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 2/3 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp plum extract

Soak thinly sliced carrot, onion, and red onion in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain and remove excess water.

Pan-fry the beef brisket on medium-high heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil using kitchen towels.
