INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- A small amount of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 green onion, finely chopped
Condiments
- A small amount of mayonnaise
- A small amount of ketchup
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Eggs
- 🥚 4 eggs
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients by chopping the vegetables finely and shredding the cabbage.
Mix shredded cabbage with mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, green onion), and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the egg mixture into patties shaped like the bread slices.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Spread your preferred jam on one side of the toasted bread.

Top with another slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
