- 🧈 2.5 tbsp butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍬 Generous amount of sugar
PASSOS
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Round off the edges to prevent breaking during cooking.
Steam the prepared potatoes for 20 minutes and let them cool for 30 minutes.
Heat 2.5 tbsp of butter in a pan over low heat until melted and the pan is coated.
Add 1 tsp of salt to the melted butter and mix well.
Add the steamed potatoes to the pan and gently stir to coat all sides with the butter mixture.
Increase the heat to medium and cook each side of the potatoes until golden brown.
Once all sides are golden brown, gently stir and finish cooking until fully browned.
Serve the butter-roasted potatoes in a dish, sprinkle generously with sugar, and enjoy with toothpicks.
