- 🍚 1 pack instant rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 🧈 10g butter
PASSOS
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
Add 2 pinches of salt to the eggs and mix well.
Heat the instant rice in the microwave according to package instructions.
Place the heated rice in a serving bowl and add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 10g butter.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add cooking oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir quickly for about 10 seconds.
Turn off the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.
Place the scrambled eggs on top of the rice.
