- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
PASSOS
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add broccoli and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam for 3 minutes.
Add scallops and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
