INGREDIENTES
- Vegetables - 🥬 3 cabbage leaves, chopped
 
- Meat - 🍖 2 slices ham, diced
 
- Dairy - 🧀 50g processed cheese, diced
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
 
- Baking - 150g pancake mix
 
- Eggs - 🥚 1 egg
 
- Condiments - 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
 
PASSOS
Chop the cabbage into small pieces and dice the ham and processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
Add milk, mayonnaise, and pepper to the egg and mix well. Then add the pancake mix and stir until combined. Finally, fold in the cabbage, ham, and cheese.
Pour the batter into muffin molds, filling each about 80% full. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15-20 minutes.
