INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 400-500g pork
- 400g dried radish greens
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 4-5 green chilies, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 2 tbsp fish sauce or tuna sauce
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.
Slice the onion, chop the green onion and green chilies.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the pork in the prepared marinade.
Boil the dried radish greens briefly and rinse with cold water.
Cut the boiled radish greens into smaller pieces and mix with perilla oil and fish sauce.
Add sliced onion to the radish greens mixture and toss together.
Place the radish greens and onion mixture in a pot.
Add the marinated pork on top and pour in 4 cups of water.
Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes, then add green chilies and green onion. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your braised pork with dried radish greens.
