INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1.5 kg chicken
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1 piece carrot
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
- 200 g glass noodles
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/3 tbsp minced ginger
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1 cup water
Finishing Touches
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Boil water and add 2 tbsp rice wine. Blanch the chicken pieces for 2 minutes.
Rinse the blanched chicken in cold water and place it in a pan.
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Cut the potato and carrot into large chunks and add them to the pan.
Simmer until the sauce reduces by half and the chicken absorbs the flavors.
Add pre-cooked glass noodles and adjust with 1 cup of water if needed.
Slice green onion and green chili, add them to the pan, and mix well.
Drizzle sesame oil and mix to finish.
Plate the dish generously and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
