INGREDIENTES

  • Meat

    • 1 bowl ground pork
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetables

    • 100 ml chopped red paprika
    • 100 ml chopped yellow paprika
    • 🧅 100 ml chopped onion
    • 🧅 100 ml chopped green onion
    • 🍄 100 ml chopped king oyster mushroom
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup

Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp sesame oil. Stir-fry 1 bowl of ground pork with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Prepare 100 ml each of chopped red paprika, yellow paprika, onion, green onion, and king oyster mushroom.

Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry green onion and mushrooms first.

Add the remaining vegetables and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pork to the pan and mix well.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp corn syrup and stir-fry until the dish becomes glossy and slightly sweet.
