INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
Protein
- 180g spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper

- Small amount of pancake flour
PASSOS
Wash the bell peppers, remove seeds, and slice them into appropriate thickness.
Rinse the spam in hot water and mash it.
Dice leftover bell peppers, carrots, and onions finely. Feel free to use other vegetables from your fridge.
Mix the mashed spam with the diced vegetables and one egg. Adjust the consistency and add a pinch of pepper.
Coat the sliced bell peppers lightly with pancake flour.
Dip the coated bell peppers into the egg mixture. Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the egg mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and place the bell pepper slices. Carefully fill each slice with the spam mixture using a spoon.
Cook both sides until golden brown. Serve warm.
