INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 1 cup rice
- 💧 1 cup water
 
- Beef - 🥩 100g ground beef
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
 
- Radish - 1/4 radish, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
 
- Seasoning Sauce - 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
 
PASSOS
Rinse the rice and soak it for 20 minutes.
Slice the radish and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Mix ground beef with sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and black pepper.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked.
Drain the soaked rice and place it in a pot or earthenware bowl.
Layer the salted radish over the rice and add 1 cup of water.
Top with the stir-fried beef, cover, and cook the rice until done.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
Serve the cooked rice with the seasoning sauce on the side. Mix and enjoy.
