INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack Napa cabbage
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
Meat
- 1 pack beef for soup
Seasonings
- 1 cup rice water
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt
PASSOS
Prepare the beef by removing excess blood with paper towels.
Slice green chilies and green onion diagonally.
Wash Napa cabbage thoroughly and blanch it briefly in boiling water.
Cool the cabbage in cold water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the cabbage with soybean paste, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
Add the seasoned cabbage and beef to a heated pan and stir-fry until the beef is partially cooked.
Pour rice water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Skim off any foam that rises during boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add green onion and green chilies, and season with salt to taste.
Serve the soup hot with rice.
