- 🧂 25g sugar
- 40g cake flour
PASSOS
Mix room temperature butter with sugar and sifted cake flour. Use a whisk or hands to create crumble topping.
Mix room temperature butter with sugar and salt. Gradually add egg while whisking to prevent separation.
Add sifted cake flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add mashed banana and raisins (except topping raisins) to the batter. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into muffin tins, top with crumble and raisins, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
