    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • some black pepper

Prepare oyster mushrooms by cleaning and tearing them into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and slice zucchini into half-moon shapes.

Slice onion into thick strips and chop green onion, perilla leaves, and chilies.

Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and drain.
