INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 500g thinly sliced pork belly
- 500g thinly sliced pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 500g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp dashida seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Prepare 500g each of thinly sliced pork belly and pork shoulder.
Wash and prepare 500g of bean sprouts.
Slice 1/2 onion, 2 green chilies, and chop 1 stalk of green onion.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, fish sauce, corn syrup, dashida, black pepper, cooking wine, minced garlic, perilla oil, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
Layer bean sprouts in a wok.
Add pork slices and vegetables on top of the bean sprouts.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients and cover the wok with a lid.
Once the meat starts to cook, stir to mix the ingredients and sauce thoroughly.
Cook until the meat is fully done.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds before serving.
