INGREDIENTES

- 1 handful green onions

- 0.5 cup fish sauce

- 2 tbsp plum extract

PASSOS
Wash the napa cabbage thoroughly and toss with 0.5 cup of sea salt to begin the salting process.
While the cabbage is salting, mix the red pepper powder, fish sauce, minced garlic, sugar, plum extract, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
After salting for at least 30 minutes, rinse the cabbage with water and shake off excess moisture.
Combine the cabbage with the seasoning sauce and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust with additional fish sauce or sugar if needed.
Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
