INGREDIENTES
- Vegetable - 200g bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
 
- Meat - 5 strips bacon, sliced
 
- Condiments - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
 
PASSOS
Prepare the bean sprouts by removing the tails if desired, then rinse under running water.
Slice the bacon into finger-width pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the bacon, chopped green onion, and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and season with black pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are slightly softened.
