INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 2 green onions, sliced
Protein
- 🥓 100g bacon, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Rinse the bean sprouts under running water and drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
Julienne the carrot, slice the onion, and cut the green onions into long pieces. Slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry until it releases its oil and becomes slightly crispy.
Add the sliced onion and julienned carrot to the pan and stir-fry until the onion turns translucent.
Add the bean sprouts, green onions, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan.
Turn off the heat and stir-fry using the residual heat to retain the crunchiness of the bean sprouts.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
