INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 60g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥓 4 strips bacon
Water
- 💧 1.5L water
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Sauce
- 🥚 4 egg yolks
- 🧀 30g grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of black pepper
Topping
- 🌿 Pinch of parsley flakes
PASSOS
Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Separate egg yolks into a bowl.
Add 30g grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Grind black pepper into the bowl to taste.
Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly with a whisk.
Boil 1.5L water with 1 tsp salt.
Cook 60g spaghetti in boiling water for 6-7 minutes.
Cook bacon in a pan over low heat until crispy.
Add cooked spaghetti to the pan with bacon and toss.
Place the sauce bowl over the pasta pot on low heat.
Combine the pasta and sauce, adding pasta water as needed.
Plate the pasta and garnish with parsley flakes and extra cheese.
