- 300g somen noodles
- 900ml broth
- 3 cabbage leaves
Egg Garnish
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mirin
PASSOS
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing garlic, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and mirin in a bowl.
Boil 900ml of broth and add cabbage leaves to simmer.
Make egg garnish by whisking eggs and cooking them into thin sheets in a pan.
Slice the egg garnish into thin strips.
Boil somen noodles in a pot for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Rinse the cooked noodles quickly in cold water to remove excess starch.
Divide the noodles into serving bowls.
Place the egg garnish on top of the noodles.
Pour the broth and cabbage over the noodles generously.
Top with the prepared seasoning sauce and serve.
