    • 🐟 120g yellowtail sashimi
  • Vegetables

    • 100g mizuna, chopped
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
