Seasoning

- cornstarch as needed
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetables
- 1 bag of mixed vegetables
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
