Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Fish
- 🐟 30g salmon flakes
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 5 green onions
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Slice green onions into small pieces for garnish and cut the rest into 2cm lengths.
Mix cooked rice with the beaten egg in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the rice mixture over medium heat until it becomes fluffy.
Add salmon flakes, green onions, and white sesame seeds, then stir-fry briefly. Pour soy sauce around the edge of the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with the reserved green onion garnish.
