  • Rice

    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
  • Fish

    • 🐟 30g salmon flakes
  • Egg

    • 🥚 1 beaten egg
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 5 green onions
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
