- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Seafood
- 30g boiled shirasu
Vegetables
- 12g fresh ginger, sliced
- 4 shiso leaves, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Peel and slice the fresh ginger into thin strips.
Place the ginger in a microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover, loosely wrap with plastic, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Drain the water.
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, prepared ginger, boiled shirasu, and the seasonings (white sesame seeds, salt, and soy sauce).
Serve the rice mixture in a bowl and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
