- Protein - 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
 
- Vegetables - 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), cut into sticks
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Sauce - 1 mentaiko (50g), remove contents
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Remove the contents of the mentaiko and mix with mayonnaise in a bowl to create mentaiko mayo.
Cut potatoes into 8mm-wide sticks, soak in water, and drain.
Slice chicken breast diagonally into 1cm-wide strips and marinate with sake and salt/pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan, cook chicken until color changes, then add potatoes and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add sake and mirin, stir-fry until potatoes are cooked through. Turn off heat and mix in mentaiko mayo.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
