- 🍞 20cm (150g) French bread
 
Pork Stew
- 🐖 200g pork slices
 - 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 💧 1 tsp water
 - 🥔 2 potatoes (150g)
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 - 🌿 1 tsp chopped parsley
 - 🥛 A dash of cream
 - 🍶 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 2 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/3 tsp consomme
 - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
 - 💧 200ml water
 
Vegetable Salad
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
 - 🍅 1 tomato
 - 🥒 1 cucumber
 - 2 tsp vinegar
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp mustard
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 
Apple Yogurt Dessert
- 🍎 1/2 apple
 - 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
 - 🍯 1/2 tsp honey

Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Cut carrot, onion, and garlic into bite-sized pieces.
Mix pork slices with flour and water, forming 6 meatballs.
Add sake, sugar, salt, consomme, Worcestershire sauce, canned tomatoes, and water into a rice cooker. Add vegetables, pork, and garlic, then mix lightly. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Cut apple into 1cm cubes, mix with sugar and lemon juice, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Cut cabbage, cucumber, and tomato into 1cm cubes. Mix with salad dressing ingredients in a bag until evenly coated.
Slice French bread into 4 pieces.
Plate the chilled apple, top with yogurt and honey.
Serve the pork stew in a bowl and drizzle with cream.
