    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
    • 🥩 80g thinly sliced pork belly
    • 20g vermicelli noodles
    • 🥕 20g julienned carrot
    • 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
    • 💧 50ml water

Julienne the carrot and chop the green onion into 3cm pieces.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, mix sake, yakiniku sauce, and water. Cut vermicelli noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture. Layer pork and carrot on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

Add green onion to the container, cover again, and let sit for 2 minutes. Serve the mixture over a bowl of rice.
