- 🦑 1 squid (150g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce

Cut ginger into thin strips and slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Remove the squid's internal organs and tentacles carefully.
Cut the tentacles below the eyes and remove the beak by hand.
Open the tentacles and remove the suction cups by hand, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Pull out the cartilage from the body.
Slice the squid body into 3cm wide rings.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat, add ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add green onion and stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add squid and stir-fry until its color changes. Add the seasonings and stir-fry to combine.
