Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 Enough flour for coating
Oil & Butter
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 🍋 2 slices of lemon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Lightly coat both sides of the salmon fillets with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the salmon skin-side down. Cook on low heat until the skin is golden and crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add butter and spoon the melted butter over the salmon to coat.
Plate the salmon and garnish with lemon slices.
