    • 🐟 200g salmon fillets
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Dry Ingredients

    • 🌾 Enough flour for coating

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
  • Garnish

    • 🍋 2 slices of lemon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
