INGREDIENTI
- Noodles - 1 frozen udon noodle pack
 
- Meat - 100g thinly sliced pork belly
 
- Egg - 🥚 1 egg yolk
 
- Vegetables - 🍅 1/2 tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 leaf of lettuce, torn
- 1/4 pack of kaiware sprouts
 
- Seasoning - 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp 2x concentrated mentsuyu
- 2 tbsp water for mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
 
PASSI
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces.
Cut the tomato into wedges and trim the kaiware sprouts.
Mix mentsuyu and water in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork belly until cooked. Add yakiniku sauce, gochujang, and garlic, then coat the pork evenly.
Microwave the udon noodles according to package instructions, cool under running water, and drain.
Arrange the udon in a bowl, top with lettuce, pork, kaiware, tomato, and egg yolk. Drizzle with mentsuyu mixture.
