- 🍫 200g white couverture chocolate
Nuts and Fruits
- 🌰 Handful of almond slices
- 🍒 Handful of dried cranberries
- 🌰 Handful of walnuts
PASSI
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler.
Heat the chocolate to 40-42°C, then cool it down to 25°C using ice water. Repeat this tempering process 2-3 times.
Transfer the tempered chocolate into a piping bag and cut a small opening at the tip.
Pipe small circles of chocolate onto parchment paper or baking sheets.
Top each chocolate circle with your choice of nuts and dried fruits. Let them set at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
