INGREDIENTI
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
 
Vegetables
- 1 leaf of cabbage, shredded
 
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of melting cheese
 - 🧈 10g salted butter
 
☆ Tuna Mayonnaise
- 🐟 1 can of oil-packed tuna
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
 
PASSI
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Place one slice of bread on a surface, layer with one slice of cheese, shredded cabbage, tuna mayonnaise mixture, and another slice of cheese. Cover with the second slice of bread.
Heat a frying pan and melt the butter over low heat.
Place the sandwich in the pan and press the edges with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and cut the sandwich in half.
