INGREDIENTI

- 1 bowl of namul (vegetables)
Seasoning
- 2 tsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tsp minced green onion
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash the namul (vegetables) thoroughly under running water and blanch them briefly in boiling water with a pinch of salt to enhance color.
Squeeze out the excess water from the blanched vegetables and prepare them for seasoning.
Mix minced garlic and soybean paste (doenjang) in a bowl.
Add chili powder, minced green onion, and agave syrup to the mixture. These ingredients form the base of the universal seasoning.
Toss the vegetables with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated. Before serving, add sesame oil and sesame seeds for a final touch.
