- 🥔 2 potatoes
 - 1 block tofu
 - 3 tbsp cornstarch
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - A pinch of pepper
 - A small amount of red chili
 
PASSI
Thinly slice the potatoes using a slicer and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Finely chop the red chili.
Mash the tofu and squeeze out excess water using a cloth or gloves.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes, tofu, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat oil in a pan and place small portions of the mixture onto the pan.
Top each pancake with chopped red chili.
Cook both sides until golden brown and serve.
