INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 600g ripe kimchi
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp chili pepper or green chili
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A small amount of canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Prepare all the ingredients.
Blanch the tofu in hot water.
Cut the kimchi, green onion, and onion into appropriate sizes.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the kimchi.
Add onion, sugar, garlic, and chili pepper in sequence while stir-frying.
Cook the kimchi for 10 minutes, adding 2 tbsp chili powder and 50ml water to keep it moist.
Add green onion and sesame seeds, then stir well.
Finally, add enoki mushrooms and stir lightly until cooked.
Serve the tofu kimchi as a side dish or pair with rice.
