INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🥕 1/8 carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1/3 red bell pepper
- 1/3 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🧂 a pinch of coarse salt
- a small amount of vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 坚果 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Cut the tofu into 1cm cubes, sprinkle with coarse salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Remove excess water.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Slice the carrot, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips matching the tofu's length.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry the onion, carrot, and bell peppers over medium heat in that order.
When the onion becomes translucent, add the seasoning ingredients and tofu. Mix well over low heat and finish with sesame oil.
