INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 200g whelk, sliced
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 dried chili (optional)
PASSI
Slice the whelk into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare garlic and chop the onion into large pieces proportional to the whelk.
Mix all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce.
Heat the sauce in a microwave for 1 minute or simmer it in a pot.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, add garlic and onion, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the onion turns translucent.
Add the whelk to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed.
Plate the dish, garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, and serve.
